Why this Site?
ExpatsDownunder, was developed with the intention of providing recently
arrived migrants, and returning Kiwi’s with a place to share
ideas and experiences. The aim being to fill in the knowledge gaps
that exists when migrating to another country.
Through the various information pages, and most importantly the member
forums, we hope to encourage people to assist others with their plans
to settle in New Zealand, as well as provide a fun and unique place
to visit.
As well as developing an online community, one of the key aims of
the site, is to act as a medium for arranging seminars, events and
get-togethers for all members. Through member contact and certain
sections of the site, people will be able to find out about upcoming
events and activities to get involved with.

How It All Works
While there is no cost to join, we will be providing information and
links for various organisations that may chose to advertise on the
site. No member is obligated to use these services, although we do
ask that you take some time to read what our partners have to say
on various topics, as we are sure they will be very useful.
While we take every caution to select the best partners to work with,
the information supplied is provided solely by the partner concerned.
Your decision to utilise any of the third-party services promoted

Signing Up & Using the Site
Signing up is easy, and takes only a few minutes. The sign up process
involves a few easy steps.
1. Read our Terms & Conditons.
2. Enter your personal details, email address and profile data on
our User Profile page.
3. Login to the Member and Forum sections through the login
page and your account is ready to use.
Once you have opened your account, it will remain active for as long
as you wish. Simply enter your unique username and password each time
you wish to login and join the community.
Other Added Features
This site is designed to be both simple
and informative. To help make this a reality, we encourage all members
to take a good look around all areas of the site and become familiar
with the forum rooms and their own member details.
