The Expats Downunder website has been developed to provide members with a source of information regarding moving to and living in New Zealand. All members of the website must read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions as a condition of the use of all sections of the website.

In the following conditions, Expats Downunder refers to the administrators of www.expatsdownunder.com and all corresponding sites. 'Members' refers to any individual or group subscribed to or using the Expats Downunder website.
1     Use of Information
1.1  The information contained in the Expats Downunder website is intended as a guide only.
1.2  Expats Downunder claims no responsibility for the accuracy and/or timeliness of information provided.
1.3 The information contained in this website has been provided by third parties and is subject to change by those third parties at any time.
1.4  Expats Downunder will not accept any liability for loss or damages incurred by a Members reliance on the information given.
1.5 Expats Downunder reserves the right to change information contained on this website or in the member forums without notice.

2  Members Participation
2.1  Members use and reliance on the information contained in this website shall be at their own discretion.
2.2  Members are reminded that other Members view the forums and as such Members are encouraged to use common courtesy when posting comments.
2.3 Members who post comments in the forums which are deemed at the sole discretion of the Expats Downunder administrative team to be:
(a)  offensive; or
(b)  objectionable; or
(c) contain unacceptable language (including explicit or non-explicit sexual references)
will be warned of their conduct, and the posting will be removed from the site.
2.4 Expats Downunder reserves the right to deny access to or remove any Member from the site for any one of the following reasons:
(a)  Repeated breaches of clause 2.3 above; or
(b)  Establishing multiple accounts for the purposes of fraud, deceitful or malicious behaviour; or
(c) The abuse of any other member; or
(d) The unacceptable use of information contained within the site; or
(e) For any other reason that Expats Downunder believes may warrant the removal of an individual from the site; or
(f) Inactivity of a Members account for a period in excess of 3 months

3  Security of Information
3.1  Expats Downunder holds Members details on a secure server held by an independent third party. Therefore Expats Downunder cannot control the security and as such will not be held liable for any claim or for any responsibility for the continuing security of this server. Expats Downunder will however endeavour to inform members of any breach in security.
3.2  By becoming a Member of this website and using this website each Member is deemed to have given their consent to Expats Downunder providing Members details to approved affiliates.
(a)  Approved affiliates are defined as any company that has an continuing relationship with Expats Downunder to supply relevant information to the website or its members.
(b)  Approved affiliates will not be permitted to sell or distribute Members details to any other third party for any use.

4  Further Terms
4.1  Expats Downunder reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and shall notify all members via the website.
